Cancellation and Refund Policy
Volochain wants to build long-term business relationship with its customers - therefore
we use to follow a liberal cancellation / termination under the following conditions:
- No cancellation is permitted for those products/services that the Volochain marketing
team obtained during promotional offers or on special occasions / events like month end offer,
Diwali, Christmas, New year etc. Due to occasional offerings for a limited period the cancellations
are not possible.

The cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.
However the cancellation request will not be entertained if the order has been communicated to
vendors/merchants/execution team and they have initiated the process of shipping / working on their
own level.

Remittance / Amount of payment received will not be returned back in any case even if the
cancellation is placed
within 12 hours. The money can be adjusted against other services or a future order within the next
90 days.

If you found any product or services received is not up to the mark or not as shown on our website
or as per your
expectations, you can notify the same to our customer service within 12 hours of receiving the
products / services.
The customer service team will be responsible to take your consideration into mind and take
appropriate action to
rectify the error and improve our service.
All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department. The cancellation will not be valid until
it is
confirmed by the respective department. Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is
made within
12 hours of placing the order and execution of project has not started already. Volochain will not be held
responsible
for any third party services.
Refund Policy

The money back policy is not applicable in Volochain, so if you buy a product or subscribe for
any service our company does not offer any money back policy. But in case you are not satisfied
with our product or services you can notify the same to our customer service within the next 12
hours of receiving the product. The customer service team will be responsible to take your
consideration
into mind and take appropriate action to rectify the error and improve our service.

In-case of our product / service, we have flexible payment plans in which a customer can make final
payment after reviewing the performance of the product / service within one week from delivery.
Due to the nature of its service, Volochain does not guarantee any refunds upon the cancellation.
In the case of monthly payment, it is understood that payment for next month is released only after
reviewing the current month’s performance.
Volochain does not make any guarantee on the basis of custom configuration of software / website ranking /
third party services etc. and will not be held responsible for any refund claims thereof.
